Meeting, talking, and being around other people who have M.E. can be of enormous help and a good way of combating the isolation that this disability all too often brings with it.
Whether you are more comfortable meeting up with people online, or can manage to attend local support groups in person, we hope you will find something on this page that will help.
Don’t forget, the ME Association has a very active and supportive community on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. We are more than happy to host your questions, and can do so anonymously if you prefer. Relevant content is shared throughout the day, and you will find it a good place to discuss issues of importance.
We are very pleased to be able to list local support groups on our website, and help promote any meetings or events on our social media.
If you would like us to do so – or wish to update any of the existing details – then please contact our website content manager.
