A support group for those suffering from or carers of those with M.E. CFS and Fibromyalgia in North West Cumbria, and surrounding areas. The group meets every Tuesday at 12 noon at the Grasslot Working Men’s Club, Main Road, Maryport, Cumbria CA15 8DD.
The sessions start at 12 noon, but there’s no set agenda. If people want to pop in for 10 minutes or so, that’s fine with us. It’s just somewhere where you can talk about your problems, and worries, if you need to, have a chat, etc. None of us are trained, but we’ve had a lot of experience in dealing with symptoms, prejudice, benefits, etc, so we have quite a few contacts locally, and will be able to point you in the right direction.
