Registered dietitians Sue Luscombe and Dr Michelle Dobrota-Gibbs look at the role of diet in maintaining the best possible health in ME/CFS, and suggest ways you could improve the way and what you eat.
The leaflet touches on food allergies and intolerances, which will be the subject of a detailed leaflet from them later. It also includes brief discussion about the exciting new science involving the study of the microbiome (gut bacteria).
