West Lothian ME Self-Help Group drop=in session held here on the first Saturday of each month, and on the third Tuesday of each month (between 2pm and 4pm). An informal session where users can drop in for a chat or play some games. This session will also host craft activities and therapeutic services such as Reiki and Hypnotherapy. Details of such activities will be posted on our website and Facebook pages as they are arranged.
