More Fundraising Ideas…
Even in these days of credit cards and online transfers, small change can still make a real difference.
Give these discrete cardboard boxes to friends and neighbours and see how many miles of pennies you can collect between you all. Or perhaps set one up as a swear box where you work.
You can order collection boxes via Helen Hyland, see below.
Do you buy anything online? Groceries? Clothes? Furniture? Holidays? If so, you’re not alone – over a fifth of all retail sales in UK are now made online.
If you start your online shopping by going via the easyfundraising website, the ME Association could benefit from your purchases – without it costing you a single penny!
Give a Car
It’s an easy way to get rid of your vehicle and raise money for a good cause – at no cost to you.
Give a Car arrange free collection, then either sell your car at auction or scrap it – with the proceeds going to ME Association.
Visit the Give a Car website or phone them (020 7736 4242), for more information.
Printer cartridge and toner recycling
Please use Freephone 0800 091 0696 or visit www.therecyclingfactory.com/meassociation to find out how to recycle your inkjet and toner cartridges.
It’s a completely FREE service and the ME Association will receive up to £4.50 for every printer cartridge that can be successfully recycled. Please do not send Epson cartridges.
Unfortunately, mobile phones are no longer accepted because of changes in Post office regulations.
Recycle your stamps and help raise money for people with ME. Simply collect them up and send them to:
The ME Association, PO Box 6107, Stromness, Orkney, KW16 3EL
