Disabled people who live in Kent, south London and parts of east Sussex are being invited by the Southeastern Railway to take part in an online survey to find out what encourages them to use their passenger services– or indeed prevents them from taking the train. The railway's accessibility and inclusion manager, Justin Ryan, says the survey should take between 10 and 20 minutes to complete. The closing date is 22 July.
