Mr Dick Patterson, president of the Dorset ME Support Group, is pictured with members of his family after receiving his MBE from The Queen earlier today. Mr Patterson was chairman of the Dorset group – one of the UK's largest ME support groups – for 17 years until he stood down from the post last year.
