Dorset ME Support Group have won a BBC Children in Need grant to meet the full cost of a part-time child support worker – to be attached to the children and young people's NHS ME/CFS clinics at Dorchester and Poole Hospitals. The funding will run for three years from January next year. And Dorset Primary are Trust have taken over the funding for a year of the post of group telephone support worker, who works with people in the county who are severely affected by ME.
