Monthly ME/CFS café, held on the second Tuesday of each month. Free tea, coffee and cold drinks will be provided, kindly donated by Tesco Extra Community team.

Monthly meeting of the St Albans ME Group. We have a guest speaker for the first hour: Jannah she is talking about how to use positive coping skills and opening up discussion then it will be informal with perhaps some topic discussion and John will end with some much appreciated relaxation and mindfulness.
