Kaye Adams Programme, BBC Radio Scotland, here we come… again! | 11am, 12 May 2017

May 11, 2017

It's M.E. Awareness Day tomorrow (May 12) and just before the big #MillionsMissing 'empty shoe' demonstration outside the Scottish Parliament there will be a big discussion about M.E. on BBC Radio Scotland.

Demo organiser Emma Shorter and ME Association medical adviser Dr Charles Shepherd will be taking part in the Kaye Adams Programme at 11am.

Kaye – better known nationally as a panellist on ITV's Loose Women show – will be quizzing Emma and Charles about the reasons for the demonstration and lots more to do with the illness.

It will be Dr Shepherd's third appearance on the programme in a year.

To listen live to the programme, tune in just before 11am at www.bbc.co.uk/radio/player/bbc_radio_scotland_fm

  1. If you’re intending to listen to this, it might be best if you tune in earlier – from 10.45am onwards. It MIGHT start a little earlier than we thought, – Tony at the MEA.

  2. This item is on now – with Charles shepherd and Emma Shorter being interviewed in the Stephen Jardine programme. There will be a phone-in segment later.
