Run for the ME Association in the BUPA London 10k on 25 May 2014

October 8, 2013

The ME Association has 13 places in the BUPA London 10k race that will take place on Sunday, 25 May 2014

The Bupa London 10,000 starts at 10am on The Mall at St. James's Park and finishes there. It uses Green Park as its assembly area.

The Race starts (and finishes) in The Mall and follows a clockwise route around the City of Westminster and the City of London.

Runners pass many of London’s famous sights including, Admiralty Arch, Nelson’s Column, St Paul’s Cathedral, Mansion House, Bank of England, Leadenhall Market, The Monument, Millennium Bridge, Tate Gallery, Cleopatra’s Needle, London Eye, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey.

It is also hoped that Buckingham Palace will act as the backdrop for both the start and finish. (All Royal Parks information is subject to approval).

If you would like to be considered for an ME Association place, please email our fundraiser Elaine Newman – telling her why you would like to run for the MEA and giving us some idea of your running background.

Once we are able to offer you a place, we shall be asking for a cheque for £40 (made out to ‘The ME Association') as your registration fee. After that, we ask you to raise as much as possible for the MEA – the sky's the limit!
